Nico Ponce supports business operations and partner communications at Woven Orthopedic Technologies. In the medical device space, he focuses on workflow execution, process adherence, and responsive coordination across internal teams, clients, and clinical partners.
Backing his operations at Woven, Mr. Ponce leverages an Executive Partnership background focused on project coordination and day-to-day administrative execution. Prior to Woven, he coordinated operations across legislative and non-profit sectors, managing logistics for multi-organization initiatives and streamlining communications across complex stakeholder groups. He also facilitated cross-border partner relations and supported program administration in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
