Justin is an accomplished commercial spine specialist with a proven track record leading national and international sales teams for renowned medical device companies such as Stryker, K2M, and DePuy Synthes. Throughout his career, he has built and managed direct and partnership-based teams across the globe, including the US, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Following the acquisition of K2M by Stryker in 2019, Justin transitioned into providing exceptional sales leadership and education to the US salesforce. He played a pivotal role in establishing partnerships with new distributors and equipping the sales team with comprehensive knowledge to effectively plan, support, and sell complex solutions to surgeons specializing in intricate spinal pathologies.
Justin's journey in the medical device industry began in 2004, following his distinguished service as an officer in the US Air Force.
Justin holds a Bachelor's degree from the US Air Force Academy and a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University.
