Anthony G. Viscogliosi

Mr. Viscogliosi has healthcare experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and financier and is the co-founder of Viscogliosi Brothers LLC, a merchant bank and venture capital firm focused on the musculoskeletal industry. VB has formed, invested or actively managed operations and strategy of more than 35 companies to date and has invested in companies that have sold for more than $2.5 billion in exit proceeds over the past 2 decades. From an investor perspective, Mr. Viscogliosi was one of the first orthopedic industry analysts on Wall Street and executed more than 170 orthopedic deals with partners such as Johnson & Johnson, Stryker Corporation, Zimmer Holdings, and Abbott, among others. Recent past exits include acquisitions by RTI Surgical, Stryker Corp and Zimmer Biomet. He is currently CEO and Co-Founder of MCRA, LLC, a regulatory advisory company who is responsible for many of the FDA clearances obtained by orthopedic companies today.
Mr. Viscogliosi is a retired Lieutenant Commander of the United States Navy Reserve, received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, an Honorary Associate in Humane Letters Degree from Manchester Community College, and a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan - Dearborn campus.
